We pick up all items—regardless of type or condition (excluding only leaking batteries)—and transport them to our secure facility for processing.

Upon arrival, all items are sorted. Systems with data storage components are separated for secure sanitization. Afterwards, systems are tested for potential refurbishment or resale.

Devices with data are tracked through a strict chain of custody and processed in compliance with NIST 800-88 standards. You receive certificates of destruction for full peace of mind.

Non-refurbishable devices are dismantled into components— such as circuit boards, steel, wire, and power supplies. Each part is sorted for downstream processing.

Circuit boards are refined for precious metal recovery. All other materials are sent to certified recycling partners. Vendors sign our Certificate of Environmental Compliance, ensuring everything is processed responsibly and never sent to a landfill.

We document all outbound materials and receipts from downstream partners. Upon request, we provide full downstream reporting and environmental compliance documentation— offering total transparency into where your materials go and how they’re processed.
